Car not returned to a satisfactory standard . However all problems were addressed as soon as I highlighted them.
All the staff were exemplary.

Your service department have made 3 attempts to solve a false 'boot lid open' alarm and so far have failed. I am not convinced of the efficacy of the boot lid latch.

Because I've been lied to. And my car took 6 hours to fit an air vent. I've had NO communication from mini at all. I've always had to ring them to chase things up.

the collection driver arrived hour early to collect my car from work. He made a prompt call to myself and reassured me it was his error and he would wait for me. As it happened he collected from my house and offered to take me to work, but I cycled
No problems at all, Tom was easy to deal with throughout and was always available to help. Very good knowledge of range of products and helping find a package that suited me. He came across as genuinely passionate about the Mini brand.
